📦 Generally, orders of Heirloom, Coffee Coffee, and other standard in-stock items that are placed before 12pm on a business day are dispatched before 12pm the following business day. Those placed at the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

☕️ Orders of Special Release and Microlots coffees are roasted to order and will be scheduled into production and dispatched as soon as humanly possible—usually within 48 working hrs or on a Wednesday with our usual roast day.
⚒️ Orders of equipment, gear, cleaning items etc. are subject to stock availability and will be fulfilled as per supplier timelines.
BAKERY
🎂 We bake everything on-site, to order, and with only the very best butter, free-range eggs, stoneground flour, and time. As such, capacity is limited and orders will be fulfilled on a first-come-first-serve-basis with a strict 48 working hours lead time.
